In the main game, collect 40 Specter Emblems then enter the Ape Ping Pong mini-game. Select tournament or practice mode then perform a power hit. Immediately afterwards, pause game play. You will hear the sounds from the rest of the power hit. After you resume the game, you will see the power hit cut seen, but there will be no sound.

SnowKidz Snowboarding mini-game

To unlock the SnowKidz snowboarding mini-game, collect 10 Specter Emblems. You can find these on every stage. To accelerate, press the Analog-stick Up or hold D-pad Up. Players are Professor, Spike, 1-Ton, and Natalie. You will see a gauge at the bottom of the screen. When you collect glowing bananas, your gauge will fill and will give you a boost of speed. To increase your gauge, hold X and release. This will make you jump. While jumping, hold or press Circle or Triangle. You will perform a trick and increase your gauge. Note: To get higher up, jump while on a hill of snow.

Save the Use of a Life from a fall

This works exactly like the Playstation version. During a Fall that will cost you a life, Press [Start] then (Square) then select yes. Of course this has to be done from a very high fall (like off of a cliff where you die) in order for you to be able to do it fast enough. but it will work for any fall if you are fast enough.KEYWORD: FAST

Defeating Seth-Rah

When she is brownish, she is weak against Holy. When she uses Metamorphosis and changes to become bluish, she is weak against everything else, but absorbs Holy. To combat this, set your party to Ein, Serene, and Lina. Have your items as Einherjar, Leyte Claw, Infinite Arc, and Diana's Bow. The Leyte Claw can be used by Serene and Lina when she is blue. The Infinite Arc and Diana's Bow should be used as level 3 Overskills. Einherjar should only be used by Ein when Seth-Rah is brown. Finish Seth-Rah off with Disaresta when she is down to about 2,000 to 4,000 HP to get a better score.

Fia: Banishment move

If you are in a tough battle and have a Rosary, get Fia to learn the move Banishment. When she uses it, many enemies may disappear. If it is not a practice battle, the Rosary will disappear. Also, Banishment does not work against Bosses.

Excalibur

To get the Excalibur, get an "S" rank on Isher. You will get the Excalbur. Only Fia and Ein can use it. Fia will use Astral Glitter, a piercing Holy move, and Ein wil use Xandu, a powerful one-hit Holy move.

Bonus Chapter: Fanelia

Use the following procedure to get the extremely powerful weapon, Fanelia, beneath the Bonus Chapter. When starting a new file, look at the bookshelf in the Magic Guild. You will get the Divine Scripture. It tells you where to get Fanelia. Defeat all the Accursed, then dig in the sand near Undine Spring five times. Only Ein can use Fanelia, and the move he performs is called Fanelia Beam. It is a very powerful attack with every hit fixed at 999 damage.

Getting a higher score

To get a higher score in a battle, finish the battle with an Overdrive skill. If you finish an enemy off with an Overdrive skill that has a higher level you will get more points in the end. This will only work if the last move in that battle was an overdrive skill. A good way to do this is leave one enemy remaining. Then, lower the enemy's HP down and finish him off with an Overdrive skill. Remember that an Overdrive skill with a higher level results in more points.

Getting a higher rank

To get a higher rank in a battle, make sure that the final move you use in that battle is Ledah's Over Skill called "Lost Seraph". If done correctly, Ledah will say "Pay for your sins with death" and you should get a higher rank. For example, assume that there are three enemies. Kill two of them and have one remaining. Lower the final enemy's HP down enough for Ledah to finish him off with Lost Seraph. The battle will end and Ledah should say "Pay for your sins with death". You should now have a higher score and a rank.

Voice Collection

Do not get the mushroom book from Claude, but gather all three mushrooms in the Weise Forest of Nelde (select "Take") and give them to Reiche in the Grove of Repose after the Nelde chapter. This unlocks Voice Collection (Spiral Shell).

Reverse Track

To play on a reverse track, drive forward at the starting point until you get to fifth gear. Then, make a "U" turn and drive towards the wall. If done correctly, you will hit sixth gear and the wall will disappear. The track will now be in reverse.

Infinite Nitro

When choosing 'OK&' at the car and track confirmation screen (the final screen before the race begins) in single race or time attack mode, hold Select to have inifinite nitro.

Mirror Mode

When you choose a course in single race or time attack mode, hold Select to play the level in Mirror Mode..

Rally-X Car

Getting Nitro Faster / Using It Better

Making really tight turns while drifting looks eally cool, but the best way to get nitro is to make long, fast drifts. On some drifts you can fill up one or even multiple tanks of nitro, making winning even easier. To use the nitro best, do one of two things:

1) Nitro down a long, straight stretch, geting the most speed out of the nitro, or...

2) Plan your nitro to end just before you come into a corner. If your nitrous ends just before you enter a long turn, you can maximize your nitro intake by making a long, fast drift (see above for details on drifting)

Mirror Mode

When you choose a course in single race or time attack mode, hold Select to play the level in Mirror Mode.

Boost At Start

When it counts down before you start the race, accelerate and keep the rpm just before the red area.

Playing multiplayer with one game

If you want to play Ridge Racer with other PSP players around you but you only have one copy of Ridge Racer, here's how you can do it:

1.Load up Ridge Racer on PSP number 1.
2.Create a game on Ad Hoc mode and wait in the lobby.
3.Take out the disk and put the game in another PSP, load the game and join the already created game.
4.Then start the game.
5.The PSP screens should now go into a black screen, after 2 or 3 seconds when the PSP stops reading the disk, take it out and put it back in the other PSP.
6.Now it should start to load up the game and after his loading is done and the track is loaded, take out the disk and put it into the other PSP and just wait till it's done loading.

Now you both will be able to play the game in multiplayer mode. This trick can work for more than two players and as the music in the game is read off the disk, only the player with the game inside their PSP will get the music playing in the background.

If you pick up ammo for the gun you are using (or for an unequipped gun) it will be automatically reloaded. You should try to plan your attacks near ammo caches to take advantage of this. Strafe while firing to pick up the ammo.

Get rid of enemies in previously unlocked rooms

If you enter a room that you had cleared out once before there may be enemies inside of it. If you see enemies when you enter a room, go back the way you entered and then enter the room again. The enemies will be gone.

More elixer

When you first start, go to the red glowing circle and press X. It will teleport you to a room with two weapons spinning on the floor. Pick these up and press X to open the customizer. Once inside, go down to "Equip". Press X(2) and you should see one of the weapons become highlighted. Press Triangle on the weapon and select "Return to elixer". This gives you more elixir to customize your body. Exit this screen and the weapons will reappear on the floor beside you. You can repeat this as many times as desired.

In the very first room where you get your first weapons, you may opt to retrieve and trade them for an elixir. However, the game will not advance unless you have weapons, so they will reappear. Continue to trade those respawning weapons for elixirs until you tire of the exercise.

Upgrade you chest slots to four and find two gatling cannons to equip there. Do this trick only after compelting up to level six.

Go down to level one and go through all the rooms killing everything in sight with the cannon. Lock on fire until the overkill gauge fills up then collect the equipment and restore it all to elixir. Use the elixir to upgrade your staffs. This tricks works up to level four. I average the following points per level:

Go to Metallis. Near the ship there should be a door that you have to use the Polarizer on. There should be a warp pad beside it if you have went all the way through it. Make sure you get the first warp pad. Press the home button and go to the PSP main menu. Ghange the time on the system to 2:42:00 AM. Then load the game get on the warp pad and look around the arena for a different warp pad. It should say press triangle teleport to a secret arena. Press triangle and you are there. Have Fun!

Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire Reference

On the “Farming Cooperative” planet “Dayni Moon” you can do some Clank Challenges. One of them is called The Tribomb Tournament. This is a reference to The TriWizard Tournament in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire.

Wrench Glitch

This isn't a useful glitch but it is cool. First select the weapon you want to use. Then pull out the wrench. Jump in the air and glide. As soon as you glide let go and hit circle then square before you land. You should slam the gadget/gun on the ground and hear the firing noise. (if you use the "water gadget" it will continue to make the sound unless you change weapons.)

Dropping Sludge

This glitch only works If you got the sludge mk9 suit armor. Okay go to ship wearing the sludge mk9 suit, when it says press Triangle to enter ship double jump then press Triangle. You should still be dropping sludge all over the ship and inside it too!!!

Wrench Aftershocks

This is cool to watch and do, but isn't really useful. It works with nearly all armours. First, equip the armour you want to use. I'll do Crystallix for an example. Hyper-strike: do one near or next to your ship, then quickly press triangle. The Hyper-strike crystals should appear. Then, simply exit the ship. When you exit, the crystals will appear in front of you. The same works for Combo-strikes. With the Sludge Mk.9 and Chameleon, you double jump and, well, find out for yourself!

Boltglitch in Dreamtime

Theres a glitch in dreamtime that lets you get bolts like kills in the online's killglitch..

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters Hint: Titanium Bolts

When you are at the mysterious wall go backwards and turn your camera around, There should be a titanium bolt there. This should be after you use the launcher mimic plant for the second time. Alternate -- go down the flight of stairs, kill the little guys and head out of that area. At the next door, there's another flight of stairs leading up to the bolt.

1. --- Ater the area with the sheep and the robot with the really big gun for the first time there should be a farmhouse with two mimic plants, one light blue and one purple. If it is day, water the blue one, careful there are sheep inside. After you kill all the sheep plant the blue one, while it's day, on the farthest electro-soil patch. Next water the puple one and put it on to the closest electrosoil patch. This should make two flowers with spirals under them. Jump on the shorter one and then to taller one. Finally give a quick jump on the taller one and press and hold X. Try to land on top of the farmhouse and you should end up in a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel should be the bolt.

2. --- When you go onto the second boat after the crab island, there are two pieces of land with robots. On the second piece of land, jump off and head towards the side of the building to your left. There's a bolt on a narrow strip of land.

3. --- When you arrive at the zipline, get on the platform under the zipline. From there, move your camera so you can see what is on your left side. You should see a platform with the bolt on it. A double jump should clear the gap and let you nab the bolt.

4. --- Locate the area where you to do the wall jumps. At the top of that particular section, look at the grind lock. Spin around 180 degrees and the bolt should be there.

5. --- At the start of the course, use the zipline going down. Once you land, turn around to face the stairs going back up to the stage's starting spot. Go around those stairs and you will see a platform leading to the bolt.

6. --- Head into the city and after passing by the first purple electro-fence, turn to the left and there is a a baggage claim or conveyor device. Wait there for a little while until the bolt appears.

7. --- Go to the spot where you need to destroy the statue of Otto using a mimic plant. Work around to the other side of the plant and launch a bomb at the walls using the wrench. A secret wall conceals the hidden bolt.

8. --- When you reach the hangar with the first mirror, do not go into the hangar yet. There're some bars nearby you can jump through for the bolt.

9. --- Towards the end of the stage, near the gadgetron vendor is a portal exit (a black hole). Crouch and toss the wrench past the portal (at the bolt) and get teleported to a new area where you need to jump across breakable boxes for the prize.

10. --- When you enter the room with freight crates containing enemies, turn left when in front of the entrance. You will see a mountain of freight crates and boxes. Climb up them, then, when at the top, turn left and run onto the platform. There, you should see the bolt.

11. --- On the left side of your ship, go to the edge and press SELECT. You should be able to find the bolt in a crater.

12. --- The first place in the stage when the shrink ray is used, go around the left pillar (at the doorway) and bolt get.

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters Hint: The Fire-Bomb

To create the Fire-Bomb, you must have the following items: Wildfire Gloves, Mega-Bomb Boots, Mega-Bomb Armor, and Mega-Bomb Helmet.

To create the Ice Armor II, you must have the following items: Crystallix Helmet, Hyperborean Armor, Hyperborean Gloves, and Hyperborean Boots.

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters Hint: Infinite Bolts

In order to attempt this technique to acquire infinite bolts, you’ll need the following: Box Breaker, Map-o-Matic, Polarizer, Static Barrier, and Hyper Shot. You’ll also need to have beaten the game at least one time (so that you have the multiplier). If you have all of that, then follow the directions below to score infinite bolts.

1. --- After saving Ratchet from the Medical Outpost Omega, head back to Metalis, and use the Polarizer to open the door that leads to a secret area. Head into the secret area and grab the Titanium Bolt.

2. --- You will now need to max out your bolt multiplier in order to be successful. Head to Pokitaru and replay the level, keeping your Static Barrier up so that you won’t sustain injury (if you get injured, the multiplier will be reset). When you’re done, you should have a x12 multiplier, which is the maximum attainable multiplier after beating the game once through.

3. --- Once maxed out, keep it that way and go back to Metalis. Use the teleporter to go to the arena where the titanium bolt previously was. Stand in the middle of the ring of boxes and perform a Hyper Strike. This should break the box – more will break all the boxes. With the bolt multiplier engaged, you should now have about 400,000 more bolts than before. Save the game without battling enemies, and load the game again, repeating this step over and over again as desired.
