These are the following requirements: 1.Complete all maps. (100%) to unlock stage 36. 2.Beat stage 36 (Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra) 3.Equip Ichigo as a supporter and link with Ulquiorra 4.Finally press L to change form into Ulquiorra (Released)

Use Ulquiorra 2nd Release

These are the following requirements: 1.Complete all maps (you'll know you completed a map if it has a C on the bottom left corner) to unlock stage 36. 2.Beat stage 36 (Full Hollow Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra 2nd Release) 3.Equip Ichigo (either 1 is fine) as a supporter and link with Ulquiorra (as you) 4.Finally press L to change form into Ulquiorra 2nd Release.

Aizen Sousuke and Gin Ichimaru

Complete Stage 36 (Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra) to unlock Stage 37 (Throne Room) and defeat the boss, Aizen.

Unlock Kon

In the Real World Challenge, at map # 13 follow the hell butterfly to the hidden door between the first and second candle sticks, which will lead you to Ichigo's room where Kon is waiting to fight you (and "conquer" the world). Defeat him and you'll unlock Kon.

Complete all maps at 100% and you will unlock stage 36 (Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra). Beat this stage and link Ulquiorra with Ichigo. Now you can press L to transform into Hollow Ichigo.
