Use Shin Gouki

Beat "Arcade Mode" with Evil Ryu once. Afterwhich, press and hold "Select" when using Gouki.

Fight as EX-M.Bison

Successfully complete arcade mode. Then, highlight M.Bison at the character selection screen and hold Select while choosing him.

Fight as Final-Vega

Successfully complete arcade mode. Then, highlight Vega at the character selection screen and hold Select while choosing him.

Extra ISM-pluses

Select a World Tour or Entry Mode character. Complete any mode that allows an Entry Mode character to be played without using any continues.

Successfully complete World Tour mode, save the game, then register your World Tour character in Entry mode. Use that character in the other modes to unlock the following ISM Plus upgrades.

Alpha Power: Complete Survival Arcade mode with a World Tour character.

Custom Combo Charger: Complete R. Dramatic mode with a World Tour character.

Multiple Taunt: Complete Final Battle mode with a World Tour character.

Status Plus: Complete Arcade mode with a World Tour character.

Supreme Alpha Power: Complete Survival Boss mode with a World Tour character.

Easy level3 combo and special attacks

Whilest in game, hit pause and go to button Config.. where it says Taunt-select keep going right and choose the special or special combo wanted... return to game and press select for the attack.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max Unlockable: EX-M.Bison and Final-Vega
You must go through "Arcade Mode" once. Next, go to the character select screen, then select over to M.Bison or Balrog and enter "Select."

You must complete "Arcade Mode" with Evil Ryu. Then go to the select menu, got to Gouki and hit "Select."

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max Unlockable: Status Plus
You must complete Arcade Mode with a World Tour character.
